Name:Hardness Gauging
Description:This test is conducted for ensuring that the pipe/pipefitting's is equably correct in hardness requirement so as to decide whether another round of heat treatment is needed.

Name:Puling Strength Testing
Description:As per ASTM E8-04 / ISO 6892-1998, by conducting this test can acquire material's yield strength, tensile strength, elongation after breaking, percentage reduction of area etc.

Name:Wall Thickness Gauging
Description:This is part of the non-destructive test we conducted to ensure that all the warehoused products have wall thickness within standardized tolerance range.

Name:Impact Strength Test
Description:This is a standardized high strain-rate test which determines the amount of energy absorbed by the metal material used for the pipe/pipefitting products during their fracture.

Description:Magnetic particle inspection (MPI) is a non-destructive testing (NDT) process for detecting surface and subsurface discontinuities in ferroelectric materials used in pipeline manufacturing industry.
Name:Qualitative Chemical Analysis
Description:Chemical analysis gives an indication of the identity of the chemical species in the pipe/pipefitting sample and quantitative analysis determines the amount of one or more of these elements such as C, S, Cr, Ni, Mn, Mo, P, Ti, Al, W, Co, Sb, Mg etc.
Name:Ultra-sonic Non-destructive Detecting
Description:Ultrasonic testing is often performed on steel and other metals and alloys, and it is a form of non-destructive testing used in pipework industry.
In ultrasonic testing (UT), very short ultrasonic pulse-waves with center frequencies ranging from 0.1-15 MHz and occasionally up to 50 MHz are launched into materials to detect internal flaws or to characterize materials. The technique is also commonly used to determine the thickness of the test product.

Description:This equipment is used to conduct non-destructive tests on the pipe/pipefitting specimen to prevent unqualified products with flaws being warehoused.
Name:Multi-functional Hydraulic Press Tester
Description:This device is used to conduct various hydraulic-press-related tests to the pipe/pipefitting specimen piece.
Name:Pendulum-type Impact Testing Equipment
Description:This device is used to test the steel pipe or steel pipefittings' performance of anti-impact.
